Hi! Patrick Shaw here, a sales consultant dedicated to helping you find the perfect vehicle to suit your needs. I joined this fantastic dealership in February 2020, and before that, I worked in the car audio industry for five years. I truly enjoy the automotive world, from meeting amazing coworkers and customers to learning more about new vehicles and their latest trends. I can proudly say that St. Cloud Subaru isn't your typical car dealership; we do things differently. Guest satisfaction is our number one concern, and guests aren't just another number; there is a genuine relationship. We always put the needs of our customers first. Representing the Subaru brand is another aspect of the job that I love; it feels great to know our guests are getting great ownership of a safe and reliable vehicle. When it comes to social discussions, of course, my favorite topic is cars, cars, and cars! That includes classic vehicles to the most exotic automobiles and daily drivers. If it has a motor, I will love it. Music is also one of my favorite topics and activities. When it comes to free time, snowboarding, modifying and detailing my Subaru WRX STI, building computers, gaming, and DJing are always on my list. However, spending time with my incredible wife, Constance, and my daughter Ivy who keeps me on my toes, is an essential part of my days. I'm a family man!

Communication was excellent when acquiring about different vehicles. Was let down in the buying process when told I was eligible for a specific discount and ended up not recovering it. Was given incorrect information as was told by a company they partner with that they don’t even offer the program that I was told they did.

I had a wonderful experience with Patrick when looking for my first Subaru. Really appreciated that there was no hard-sell: no pushing for a more expensive model (although in the end I went with a more expensive model), and no pressure to make a decision quickly. He really listened to what I wanted and showed me things that fit my brief. Patrick communicated well and was very patient with all my questions. Would definitely buy another car from Patrick. I've already given his name to my mother-in-law who will be in the market for a car very soon.
