Hello! Calista Priglmeier here, a service team member who truly loves her job. My favorite pastimes include traveling, attending car events and concerts, being on the water, taking up any motorsport, spending time with family and friends, and being around my 100 lb. “lap dog” Hank. The most rewarding aspect of my job is meeting new people, building excellent working relationships, and seeing my customers leave the dealership smiling and happy with their service. I joined the auto industry in July 2019 and have enjoyed the environment, and I will continue learning more to be the best service consultant I can be!

Based on what my car needed for repairs, Calista was able to help facilitate my needs in terms of returning home for remote work meetings I could not do from the dealership when we were able to get my vehicle fixed the same day. And the same for working to coordinate a ride back to the dealership with my schedule when my car was ready to be picked up.

Extremely pleased with the customer service I received during my visit. Calista took the time to explain (and re-explain) everything that was needed and what was done to my vehicle. She spoke to me as an equal and I really appreciate that as I do not know much about the auto industry.
