I have been with St. Cloud Subaru since 2019, starting as a lube technician and working through the ranks to become a Service Advisor! My team and customers refer to me as the problem-solver who likes to figure out all types of issues, even odd automotive problems. Doing so allows me to learn more about vehicles, which always comes in handy for my guests. In addition to that, I genuinely enjoy making my customers laugh and smile. I have a happy attitude and good humor. My certifications include extensive technician programs and a master's certification through Subaru's training. Aside from providing excellent customer service, I enjoy spending my free time with family, friends, and coworkers.

Alex listened to my concerns and addressed them. He set up a loaner car as I live 1.5 hours out and set up an appointment with the delivery IT specialist to review utilization of my I phone. Alex is a 10 out of 10. The car is wonderful when it works. The electronics are a nightmare. I wasn’t a half hour out of town when the radio stopped functioning appropriately. Now 5 days later the back gate has to be manually opened again and I suspect a dead car again. St Cloud Subaru and Alex are great. The car will be the last Subaru if this is not rectified to my satisfaction which involves a new vehicle.
