I'm a Sales Consultant at St. Cloud Subaru, originally from Brooklyn Park, MN. I graduated from Osseo Senior High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Texas Southern University. My six years in Houston gave me a taste of Southern living, but I'm thrilled to be back in Minnesota, cheering on the Vikings, Timberwolves, and Minnesota United FC. I'm a strong communicator and problem-solver, adept at understanding customer needs through effective questioning and listening. I pride myself on my product knowledge, ensuring customers fully grasp the features of the vehicles they're considering. I have a "can-do" attitude and strive for customer satisfaction in every interaction. I maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. Outside of work, I enjoy playing 5-on-5 basketball and remain pretty athletic from playing basketball, soccer, football, and running track in high school. I'm happy in my relationship with my girlfriend, and I'm committed to providing superior customer service.

Ernest made buying the car a great experience. He was very respectful of our wants and budget, he new the features of the cars we looked at, and he took the steps needed to get us in a vehicle that day.
